Reflexology
Reflexology is a wonderful treatment that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, each corresponding to different internal organs and systems within the body. During this deeply relaxing treatment, the therapist focuses entirely on the feet, promoting a sense of calm, wellbeing, and inner harmony.

Holistic massage
A deeply relaxing full-body experience designed to restore harmony to body & mind. This treatment blends the soothing techniques of Swedish massage with the healing benefits of foot Reflexology and a calming head massage.

Chinese Bubble (cupping) massage
If you are struggling with Cellulite, consider a regular Chinese cupping massage. This invigorating treatment uses suction cups to stimulate blood flow, enhance Lymphatic drainage, and may help reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Note – while this therapy offers numerous benefits, it is important to note that cupping may leave temporary marks on the skin, especially individuals with sensitive skin. These marks, resulting from broken capillaries beneath the surface of the skin, typically fade after a few days. If you are also booking for a floatation session, make sure this is before a cupping session to avoid discomfort.
