Deep Tissue Massage

Enjoy a Deep Tissue massage where slow, intentional pressure gradually sinks through the outer layers into the deeper heart of the muscles. This technique is steady and mindful, allowing the tissues to soften and release tension – a Deep Tissue massage shouldn’t be painful, as the muscles will tense against that pain which has the opposite effect of a good Deep Tissue massage.

Our approach helps unwind chronic tension, improve circulation, and restore the natural movement patterns while supporting the body’s own healing response.

Reiki & Seichem Healing

Restore Harmony with this gentle, yet powerful healing modality that works at a cellular level. Helen will channel divine lifeforce by placing her hands on, or just above, your body to help support the release of emotional imprints, soften mental anxieties, and relax the nervous system. This invites greater self awareness and peace to your mind, body, and spirit. Reiki works well as a standalone treatment or can be combined with a Chakra balance or relaxation massage session.

Lomi Lomi

At it’s heart, this Hawaiian healing massage is a practise of compassion, presence and connection. Known for it’s long, flowing, wave-like strokes and rhythmic continuous movement, Lomi Lomi gently supports deep relaxation and soothes aching muscles, while cultivating a sense of self-love and inner harmony.
