So how does it work?

Each month after your membership payment comes out a Package (pre-paid session) will be added to your account which you book in whenever you want - a Float Membership will add a Float Package, and a Massage Membership will add a Massage Package.

To redeem a package, place your booking as normal and on the summary page select the package you want to use from the dropdown to redeem it.

What if I want to book more than one session per month?

Additional massages can be added to your account for just £55 by buying one of our members-only packages (here). Then book in and redeem that package as normal.

Additional floats can be booked without needing to buy a package first, as the website will automatically apply your membership discount and just charge you £20 on checkout.

I'm not going to be around this month - do I loose my monthly session?

Don't worry, any unused packages roll over - all of our packages have a 1 year expiry to make it super flexible to find the time to get them booked in.

Please be aware our memberships have a minimum 3-month commitment.
