Recommended for the majority of our customers as it allows your mind to completely switch off, our traditional silent float includes music only at the start and end, with blissful silence in the middle.

We recognise that complete silence may not be for everyone, so we have a range of music options we can play throughout your float.
PLEASE NOTE – music throughout is best for people who would really struggle switch off in silence (i.e. people with Tinnitus, people that need sound to fall asleep, or people with very busy minds).
