Sammi offers Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxing Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy Massage

Deep Tissue massage
Deep Tissue massage is ideal for relieving tension and tightness, particularly in the shoulder area. A full body massage using the elbow for a firm, consistent pressure, as well as slow firm strokes to reach into the deep layers of muscle tissue relieving aches and pains. Highly recommended for desk workers.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a more relaxing full body massage using techniques to leave you in a deep state of relaxation. A relaxation massage will include the back, shoulders, neck, legs, arms and scalp is optional (this can be with or without oils). Ideal if you prefer a light pressure.

Aromatherapy massage
Aromatherapy massage is a holistic treatment to help balance the mind & body using relaxing or uplifting essential oils, depending on which one your body is drawn to. May not be suitable for sensitive skin, and if booking a float we recommend floating first so that you can leave the essential oils on your skin.
